EmiNET is expanding its business into Indonesia and has an immediate need for a Technical Manager to provide technical support and set up technical infrastructure in Indonesia.
Technical Manager, INDONESIA
Job Responsibilities:
- To quick-start and setup a technical support infrastructure in Indonesia
- Responsible for pre and post sales technical support
- Installation, configuration, commissioning, support, maintenance, troubleshooting of Network, Wireless, Internet Gateway, Server, PCs, and VoIP
- Overall target and responsible to achieve customer satisfaction in product and technical related matters
- CCNP or CCNA preferred. MCSE is desirable.
- In depth configuration and troubleshooting knowledge of Cisco, HP Networking, Ruckus and Motorola wireless, and Wintel servers
- Well connected to technical community and related vendors in Indonesia
- Build & maintain close business relationship with vendors technical & support team
- Overall project management to ensure on time and highest quality deliveries
- Assist sales in doing prove of concepts, trial
Requirements
- IT Diploma or Degree
- 3 to 10 years of technical installation, commissioning, support & maintenance and project management of wireless internet access, infrastructure including Servers & storage, Networking, PABX, IT outsourcing,
- Proven experience/track records technical implementation for wired and wireless networks. Basic knowledge in installation and troubleshooting of server and PCs required. Desirable to have VoIP/PABX knowledge
- People management skills
- Good negotiation & communications skills
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Positive and forthright character, held in high regard by his peers & in the industry
- Proactive, result oriented, and a team player
