Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults
- Providing support including procedural documentation - Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications
- Testing and evaluating new technology Requirements:
- Si Accountancy degree holders only with minimum GPA of 3.0
- Applicants must be familiar with computer systems
- Age <= 25 years old
- Experience min 3 years
- Able to read/speak good English
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to promptly answer support related e-mail, phone calls, and other electronic communicationsAdditional plus: - Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
