SECRETARY
Job Responsibilities/description:
- Provide professional secretarial and administrative support to the senior management of the company
- Coordinate with meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements
- Able to maintain proper filing system to ensure easy retrieval
- Able to handle various kinds of project management office affairs.
- Handle business correspondences drafting, minutes taking, and numerical data analyzing
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication, Business, Management, Marketing, or its equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in administrative management
- Well understanding of business practices and rules
- Good at planning and highly motivated and results-oriented individual.
- Technically proficient in MS Office and other Windows-based programs
- Good written and verbal in English & Mandarin, excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta.
- Full time position available
