Junior Technical Support Consultant Responsibilities:
- Provide client support and technical issue resolution via e-mail, phone and other electronic medium- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults- Providing support including procedural documentation- Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications- Testing and evaluating new technology
Requirements:
- Si Accountancy degree holders only with minimum GPA of 3.0- Applicants must be familiar with computer systems- Age <= 25 years old-Experience min 3 years- Able to read/speak good English- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines- Able to promptly answer support related e-mail, phone calls, and other electronic communications
Additional plus:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
