IT Helpdesk Support
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily performance of computer systems through ticketing software.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems or escalating request to the correct person for follow up.
- Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors.
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
- Perform basic trouble-shooting or problem solving based on the user request.
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 30 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Having good knowledge in database software, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
- Able to work as a team, strong Initiative and Personal Drive
