Accounts Assistant (Accounting Staff)
Job Description:
- In charge for accounts payable
- Responsible for petty cash
- Process staff claim and supplier payment by internet banking
- Assist in prepare audit schedules
- Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in accounting
- Preferably with 1-3 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of vat and withholding tax payable (related to supplier payment)
- Experience in dealing with bank and online banking process
- Knowledge of any ERP system will be an advantage
- Well-organized individual with good initiative and interpersonal skills
- Right working attitude with sense of responsibility and belonging
- Able to read and write simple English
